About
As a freelance journalist, I have the privilege of writing for a wide range of faith-based organisations, the so-called FBO’s.
I grew up in Tanzania, studied theology and worked as a pastor for 20 years before studying Analytical Journalism and Religion and Development at the University of Southern Denmark, Copenhagen University and the Danish School of Media and Journalism (DMJX).

After 3 years as a news journalist on a Christian weekly paper, I launched my own press agency and later a media academy for churches, where I trained over 2000 pastors and other church staff.
I have had the privilege of reporting from Nigeria, Somalia, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Israel/Palestine. Everywhere, I have met people who are fighting for their own existence as well as stretching themselves to help others.

I have dedicated my life to telling their stories. And I hope that I can inspire others to do the same.
